1. Who We Are
Audered is a couples card game app developed and operated by Danilo Farré (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Audered mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Audered. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.
3. Your Account
To use Audered you must create an account using a valid email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials secure and not sharing them with others.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. The Service
Audered lets you and your partner play card-based activities together in real time. Features include:
- Pairing with a partner using a unique invite code.
- Drawing and playing cards from curated decks.
- Viewing shared game history.
- Customizing your profile and avatar.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any other person.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service in an automated manner.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the Service are owned by or licensed to the Developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Privacy
Your use of Audered is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of data as described there.
8. Third-Party Services
Audered uses third-party services to provide its functionality, including Google Firebase for authentication and Supabase for data storage. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Termination
You may stop using Audered and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
